Semiconductor industry:
Meeting the highest standards and doing whatever it takes
The semiconductor industry demands uncompromising process control from its suppliers, and has ultra-strict precision and process quality requirements. Product characteristics are rigidly defined so as to ensure identical reproducibility with regard to factors such as cleanliness.
We meet these requirements firstly thanks to our lean management standards. Secondly, we embrace a zero-defect culture based on ‘poka-yoke’ and ‘FMEA’. With our test planning, process planning and seamless documentation, we make production 100-percent traceable for our customers. We source raw materials exclusively from certified suppliers and only start mass production after comprehensive risk analysis. Our employees are specifically trained in the processes and requirements of the semiconductor industry, and regularly have to demonstrate their knowledge in tests.
This gives us a basis on which to develop and manufacture components that meet the semiconductor industry’s strict quality, precision and surface finish requirements in close cooperation with our customers. They benefit not only from our experienced engineering team, but also from the fact that, as a one-stop shop, we cover and have a firm grasp of all the necessary areas of expertise in-house. We have equally high levels of experience across the board: from our welding engineer’s supervision of the welding processes, to the validation and precise reproduction of procedures for each individual order, through to final cleaning and packaging in the laminar flow zone.
