Our activities revolve around our customers and their needs – in other words, the challenges that their end customers have set them. We work hand-in-hand to develop solutions for them. We do this on the basis of high-quality products, adherence to deadlines, well-trained specialists and much more besides.
Co-creation
‘Customer proximity’ is not just an empty phrase for us, but a key concept. It means that our engineering team works closely with our customers right from the start whenever a new product is to be developed, or an existing one optimised. Here, we always focus on the needs of the end customers. This means that right from the outset we create a functional product that quickly reaches the market and optimally meets those needs.
We deliver systems
We are a system supplier. This means that we work with our customers to develop end-to-end solutions and produce not just individual parts, but complete systems. We also assemble these if required. Our aim is to fit seamlessly into our customers’ value-creation chains as a one-stop shop.
Inquisitive and persistent
When we develop products for our customers, we are both inquisitive and persistent. Based on the know-how we have gathered during our almost 100-year history, we keep at it until we have developed the best solution. In doing so, we do not shy away from complex challenges and we incorporate new areas of expertise where necessary.
We keep it lean
Optimising workflows, shortening throughput times, enhancing process control – at Ringele, we embrace the process of continual improvement and concentrate on reducing waste. This means that we are constantly on the ball and keep optimising our operations – in both production and administration. The goal: process reliability, top quality and maximum precision, regardless of whether we are manufacturing individual parts or a series.
Empowered staff
We attach great importance to ensuring that employees are not only well trained, but also able to think beyond their own sphere of activity, continually make suggestions for improvement and thus take on responsibility. Decisions are always made at the lowest possible level.
All from a single source
We are in a technology-driven business. It is therefore important to us that our production machinery is state of the art. What is almost more important though, is that our production machinery enables us to cover highly diverse areas of expertise in-house. Thus, we can offer our customers everything from a single source and they can get their products to market faster.
Control over processes
Process reliability is essential for high-quality, fast production. That is why we do everything we can to master every step that a product goes through at our company: from development to production, including assembly, and right through to supply-chain management. Among other things, this means that we use prototypes at an early stage to test whether development is heading in the right direction. We also manufacture tools ourselves.
