Apprenticeships

Solid professional skills, attention to quality, team skills and personal responsibility are four key factors for successful entry into the working world. This is exactly what young people who do an apprenticeship with us will take away with them, along with our passion for sheet-metal working.

Insight

Regardless of educational background or career goals, we encourage young people in their acquisition of professional, methodical and social skills. Insight sessions allow interested young people to get to know Ringele AG and to gain some initial experience in the working world.

  • They provide an important aid to choosing a profession by shedding light on the requirements, tasks and activities of polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, and administrators.
  • Insight sessions are available to young people aged 14 and over. They last one school-free afternoon per profession.
  • The Head of Training is on hand to discuss career choices and answer questions.
  • Applicants for trial apprenticeships do not have to have completed an insight session.
  • Anyone interested in an insight session is asked to submit a written application.
  • Before submitting their application, they must complete either the Basic Check assessment (for the professions of polymechanic or plant and equipment engineer) or the Multicheck assessment (for the profession of administrator) and enclose the results with their application.
