Our areas of expertise:
All types of sheet-metal working
We use a high level of vertical integration to provide optimal quality for our customers. We have over 30 manufacturing methods in-house. We combine these into the ideal manufacturing process for product and customer requirements.
- Punching and lasering
We cut out sheet metal using either a single method or a combination of several, from punching to laser cutting and right through to CNC milling.
- Machining
Machining is the process of giving a workpiece a specific shape by removing excess metal. At Ringele, one of the methods we use for this is CNC milling.
- Forming
Forming technology gives sheet metal the correct shape. Here, our production machinery gives us great freedom in the design and processing of complex shapes.
- Joining
Depending on the product, it may be necessary to join several sheet-metal parts together to create a new functional unit. At Ringele, we use various methods, including CNC-controlled robots and industrial bonding.
- Finishing and coating
We offer many widely used methods in-house to give sheet-metal parts the finishing touches and can select the right one to suit the customer’s project.
- Marking
To mark and label workpieces, we use one of three established methods, depending on the situation.
- Assembly and system assembly
To ensure we fit seamlessly into our customers’ supply chains, we also support them when it comes to assembly.
