Machining:
Shaping workpieces
Machining is the process of giving a workpiece a specific shape by removing excess metal. At Ringele, one of the methods we use for this is CNC milling.
CNC milling
CNC milling machines process sheet-metal parts with utmost precision and reliable repeatability, and can also add chamfers, recesses or threads, for example. We use 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines, to ensure parts can be machined to the greatest extent possible without having to be reclamped.
CNC turning
CNC lathes enable cost-optimised and precise processing of round contours.
CNC turning/milling centre
Using our CNC turning/milling centre we can provide complete processing of standardised mass-produced parts. A bar loader ensures fully automatic, cost-optimised manufacturing without the need for a human operator.
Drilling and countersinking
We are equipped for manual or computer-controlled drilling and countersinking of parts.
