Our supply-chain management fits seamlessly into our customers’ value-creation chains. When we develop solutions with customers, we take all requirements into account – from those of the raw-material supplier to those of the end customer.

- We work according to the kanban principle and manage material flows using the pull principle. This puts us in a position to respond consistently to customer requirements, and provide the required quantity of product at the right place and time.
- We align our activities precisely with our customers’ logistics systems, regardless of whether they use Set, kanban or JIT, for example.
- We manufacture and deliver all products in such a way that they can be optimally integrated into our customers’ production structures.
- Alongside planning, procurement, production and assembly of entire systems, we are also happy to take care of distribution for our customers.
This enables us to guarantee not only sophisticated production solutions, but also an optimal value-creation chain.
