Ringele AG was founded in 1927 by Hans Ringele. In 1995, Urs Leuenberger and Andreas Zurbrügg took over the company with 78 employees at that time, as agreed in a succession plan. As a result of the expansion, the company relocated from Bottmingen to Pratteln in 2001.
Ringele AG currently employs approximately 200 people. They reflect the corporate philosophy of "solutions in sheet metal" and are the foundation of the company's targeted further development from sheet metal working to the supplier of complete solutions. In the sense of a sustainable succession solution, the Obermark Group has taken over the Ringele company as of January 1, 2022. The company will continue to be managed by Urs Leuenberger and Andreas Zurbrügg.
