With our CNC-controlled four-roller round bending machine we are perfectly equipped for producing round components and those with radii (ellipses, "round triangles", "round squares" - i.e. rounded sheets in these shapes with a minimal corner radius of 120mm). Without traces - thanks to the latest technology.
The sheet is firmly clamped throughout the entire rounding process. This helps us to achieve a very high repeatability and process reliability. Components that were previously seamed on a folding machine or produced with special tools can be rounded with a reliable process and without traces (without special tools). In addition, conical parts, such as funnels, can also be machined.
