On the other hand, there are more stringent internal requirements as well as specifications through the logistics processes. Thanks to an extensive evaluation of the plants and cleaning additives, we can offer various, ecologically and economically optimised processes that meet all ISO 14001 standards.
On our programmable cleaning system, every degree of cleaning is possible with the use of basic and acidic baths combined with ultrasound, a few rinse cycles and a reliable drying station - from simple degreasing to the cleaning of the parts so they are suitable for clean rooms. If necessary, the high standard of cleanliness is maintained by welding the product into airtight PE sleeves until the final use.
