Medical technology - process safety according to ISO 13485 & a perfect finish

The field of medical technology requires uncompromising process control according to ISO 13485 / CRF 21 PART 8. We are well aware of this after more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Product properties are strictly defined to ensure identical reproducibility. Having to meet the highest demands in terms of precision and processing quality is the challenge we face with certified solutions in sheet metal - one of the first in the field of sheet metal working in Europe.

We work within the remits of "Lean Production", "PokaYoke / FMEA", and thanks to our test and process planning and complete documentation, the production for our medical technology customers is 100% traceable. We only produce the larger batches after a comprehensive risk analysis. Our employees are specifically trained in the processes and requirements of medical technology (e.g. ISO 13485/CRF 21 PART 8) and work in a separate organisational unit: "Medical Technology".

Medical devices rely on absolute reliability. Our components provide the high quality and precision required for medical technology. We only purchase raw materials from certified suppliers. In particular, we have a surface finish that meets the highest demands.

We have been able to demonstrate our manufacturing competence for the following products, among others, of leading international medical technology companies:

  • Respiratory equipment
  • Sterilisation containers
  • Implants: We have been working for leading implant manufacturers for many years. We help to optimise components for the insertion of implants.
  • Medicine technical instruments
  • Components for analysis equipment
  • Dental technology products

Within our business field of medical technology, we have specifically tailored our know-how to suits the needs of the industry.

Our employees are specifically trained and our production equipment is qualified. We rely on systematically mastering the processes and take over all the major sectors of sheet processing in medical technology.
